Itaipava "Re-Brazil"

Moving forward with the “100% Beer” campaign, Y&R created a new spot for Itaipava entitled “Re-Brazil”, directed by Mateus de Paula Santos and Nando Cohen. Blending humorous, naturalistic actor directing with Vetor Zero/Lobo’s trademark virtuosic CGI, the spot shows two friends chatting at a beach bar in Rio de Janeiro. One of them proposes rebuilding Brazil from scratch, and right away everything around them disappears. While they discuss the ideal percentages of forests, cities, beaches and women (not volcanoes) in this new, ideal country, those elements pop up all around in an epic way, with stunning CGI simulations. At the end of the process they look around and realize that the new scenario looks exactly like the one they had before – all it takes to become “100%” great is a bottle of Itaipava on the table.
