About Seb
Seb is a dream maker, a highly skilled director with a true talent for visual storytelling, seamlessly blending dynamic, effect driven work with beautiful live action filmmaking. His advertising directing jobs include films for Samsung, Suzuki, Chrysler, Chevrolet, Tim, Claro, Gillette,Melissa, Yamaha, Nissan, Ray Ban, Pepsi, Natura and Bradesco. He directed several music videos for artists such as The Avener, Les Rita Mitsouko, Kery James, Daft Punk and Crookers. It all started after Seb gained solid experience as a visual effects artist and became one of the most sought after figures in the VFX market, having worked for several renowned studios in Los Angeles, London and Paris such as Method Studios, MPC, Company3, 525 and Buf. His visual effects work for the music video “Push It”, by the band Garbage, was nominated for an MTV Video Music Award. Among the many feature-length projects to which he contributed is the film La Vie En Rose (about the life of singer Edith Piaf), which won 2 Oscars, where he served as visual effects supervisor and second unit director. The sophistication and talent he applies in post-production are his great differentials, with an approach that's notable for carefully balancing creativity and technique as he navigates between commercials, music videos and feature films.
