TANGO

Ortiz de Zarate and Dartagnan play Tango with light and shadow, sound and silence. Together, they tell stories with the mischievousness you'd expect from two tangueros – crossing harmony with attacks, dissonances, scratches, and whatever else is necessary to ignite the audience's passion. They learned all this while studying cinema in Argentina (FUC / Universidad de Buenos Aires UBA) and moving between cinema and advertising since then. Now, they bring all that experience to every film they direct – with an emphasis on a good direction of actors, well constructed characters and a refined and elevated aesthetic.
