Danoninho

Green Factory

Danone takes the opportunity offered by the launch of its new brand of acidophilus milk to raise awareness among children of the importance of sustainability. The spot created by Y&R and produced by Vetor Zero/Lobo, with Fábio Hacker as the director, shows brand mascot Dino leading a group of kids through a visit to the product’s fantastic factory. There, they find out that the bottles are made of green polyethylene, a bioplastic derived from sugar cane – therefore a renewable material, which helps conserve the planet’s resources.

The tour continues through other areas of this idyllic factory, presenting other playful machines that demonstrate in a simplified, whimsical way the various steps of manufacturing the product: molding the raw bioplastic into bottles, producing the milk, packaging it etc. The spot combines live action and 3D characters, in scenarios that also mix real elements and CGI.
